2024 Colour of the Year
Peach is in
85% of shoppers will buy something based primarily on the colour—it’s a big influence. If Pantone’s 2024 Colour of the Year is anything to go by, we’re really bored of interiors in trendy white or pale grey. But Peach Fuzz may be the cure. Since HGTV and Benjamin Moore have also included peach hues as their trendy tones, we’re going to spend the next 12 months swaddled in cosy, comforting peach. From book covers and paint colours to accent pillows and knitted scarves, peach is going to be everywhere. A blushing pinkish orange, Peach Fuzz is warm and soothing, the colour of the skin on barely ripe peaches, often found in sunsets, with a very 1980s retro Miami-feel.
